Professional
Would you like to leave a professional impression on the phone and convince your customers with self-confidence?
This training offers you a comprehensive package starting with professional greetings, arrangement of appointments, offers, orders or even price negotiations. You will also learn how to deal with difficult customers or situations. Finally, you will practise writing follow-up emails.

- Tips for being professional on the phone
- Dealing with difficult situations (complaints, difficult business partners...)
- Preparation of written correspondence
- Active and professional conversational skills for offers – price negotiations - orders
- Making clear arrangements and having friendly and professional behaviour
To enable us to individually focus this workshop, you will receive a questionnaire to inform us about your personal goals and expectations.
Training costs include all individually prepared training documents and beverages provided during the training.
